We guarantee the safe delivery of every order. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will happily replace the lost or damaged items right away. Simply send us a photo of the damage.
We do not use tubes for the standard size (16x20") to avoid the curvature of the paper. We use stay-flat mailers for prints and foam-boards, and strong cardboard boxes for canvas.
