CANCELLATIONS
We accept order cancellation:

For a standard product before it is shipped.

For a customized product before it is produced.
When an order is cancelled you will get full refund.
RETURNS
We offer two options for returning your purchase:

You may choose to receive a Merchandise Credit and free return shipping, or
-
You may choose to receive a Return Refund to your original form of payment with the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund.
To receive a refund, you must request it via email within 30 days of delivery and returned items must be received by our workshop in the original condition and packaging. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

Return Credit
Items that have been returned for a Tierra Prints merchandise credit will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit (a “Merchandise Credit“) at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise credit amount. Merchandise Credit may be redeemed only for the purchase of merchandise on the Site and may not be used for the purchase of gift cards or services. Merchandise Credit is not transferable and may not be combined with Merchandise Credit belonging to others.
Return Refund
Items that have been returned for a refund to your original form of payment will be refunded (a “Return Refund”) at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds to your original form of payment will appear on your statement within seven days.

If you prefer that we not collect and process information about you, please do not provide it to us and do not access the Service.

If you create your Tierra Prints account by connecting through another service, you are authorizing us to use public information from that connected account to help complete your Tierra Prints profile. Tierra Prints shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any third-party service provider or any other third-party site or service that may be enabled within the Service.

You may review, update or modify your account information, including profile and contact information, at any time by logging into your Tierra Prints account. You may also permanently delete your account by contacting us on any of the numbers listed on tierraprints.com.
